I had the pleasure of working alongside founder, Sameer Sontakey, as Design Lead on the initial product launch for Biostrap. My roles and responsibilities for this project included end-to-end product design for the mobile app and web. Additionally, I provided design direction for brand and marketing related items.
Working alongside Artium's CXO, my role as Sr. Product Designer on this project was to deliver high fidelity designs of the entire experience over to development in 30 days. I quickly began by interviewing Artium's lead stakeholders and "target users" about the genesis of the problem. Once I completed this initial research, I then outlined a plan in which we could go from 0 to MVP in the allotted time.
In 2020 & 2021, while working at NTWRK as Design Lead, I was tasked to re-imagine the app's overall UX and build their design team from the ground up. Challenges from the onset included conducting UXR with very limited resources. Quickly building a design system that served NTWRK's short term goals, and lastly, building trust within a department that at the time had no ethos or designers.
