Developing a Design Template Library for PRS

Overview

For six years, I designed and scaled creative work for over 40 clients across 80+ clinic locations nationwide, while also managing PRS’s internal design needs. The mission was clear: deliver tailored, high-quality materials that connected with patients and upheld each client's unique brand.

The Challenge

Juggling the roles of an entire creative team meant producing a wide range of materials—business cards, rack cards, campaigns, social media, signage, interior artwork, surgical booklets, and more. Fortunately, the workload lightened in the last two years when an operations assistant stepped in to help by fielding requests.

The Solution

To streamline the process, I created adaptable templates for everything from flyers to social media content. Three years in, I implemented a system to automate business and appointment card orders, which removed a variable that, when at scale, could be cumbersome. With operations assisting with coordination, my focus shifted to refining designs, handling special projects, and addressing internal design needs.

Reflection

Beyond the benefit of increased efficiency, these implementations allowed PRS to provide quality, brand-consistent design materials at scale.
