Led design for our Realty and Home Insurance products, supported the broader Homeownership Journey, navigated many legal & compliance requirements, and mentored other designers.
Worked on the Targeting, Pro Experience, and Monetization teams, where I built tools to help local pros find and win jobs, as well as comprehend pricing. Co-led the Queer ERG.
Worked on the Note Editor, Web Clipper, and Growth teams. Founded the Queer and API ERGs.
Volunteering
Initiated a skills-based framework to inform organization and program strategy, and led a team that develops programs to introduce under(estimated) youth to design. Previously served as an instructor for various design programs.
Started a fellowship for underrepresented professionals who had their product development internships cancelled due to COVID.
