Work Experience

2023 — Now
London

At Monzo I lead multiple design teams across Growth and Core Banking experiences, including Design Systems, Core Experience, App Evolution and Paid Experiences.

2020 — 2024
London

At Google I led multiple UX teams and programs guiding User Experience, Visual Design, User Experience Research, and Content Strategy specialists in EMEA and APAC developing health and wellness experiences across Google’s Fitbit and Fit mobile, wearable, and display product surfaces. As part of my core responsibilities, I drove the UX strategy across Google Fit, Fitbit Mobile and Health Platform, Privacy and Ecosystem experiences

2019 — 2020
London

As VP Product Design at Habito I led an experience design team of 16 Product Designers, User Researchers, Visual Designers and Writers, with a remit and responsibility for end- to-end, front-to-back product experience strategy, design and implementation.

As a growth-focused business my work at Habito was centered around setting both the broader experience strategy for the company, but also defining concrete plans for how we can use design as a tool–utilising user research insights and behavioural data–to meet our unit economic and experience objectives as a business.

2015 — 2019
London, Shanghai, Lucerne

In my role at EF Education First I was responsible for shaping, supporting, and empowering a world-class, international design team of over 35 designers, researchers, writers and producers; dedicated to creating best-of-class user experiences for education.

The EdTech Product Design team’s focus and responsibility spanned both shipping and incubating physical and digital products, as well as providing design direction and guidance to a wider group of product designers via a comprehensive design system and custom tool kit.

2014 — 2015
London

As the first design hire at Wise I led and grew a centralised team of eight Product Designers working across multiple product teams, shipping experiences for web, iOS and Android.

In my relatively short time at Wise we re-branded the entire product experience, shipped a UX and visual redesign of our Android client–working closely as a design partner with the Google Material team - and shipped a complete redesign of our iOS product - all to critical industry and customer reception.
