Projects

2024

A re-imagining of one of the most iconic watches of all time, the Chronograph 1. Spanning 2 years of development with the Porsche Design team in Germany and the Porsche family, the watch features a mile track, dual Japanese/English day disk, and aged lume. Launched with a stunning marketing campaign video developed and produced by the Hodinkee team.

2023

A watch based on Hublot's Atelier loaner from the early 2000s. Clients would receive a plastic watch while their Hublot was in service, which was meant to be returned and was not for sale. We asked Hublot to make it for real and coupled it with an absolute knockout campaign. Our little inside joke on the watch industry.

After 2 years of R&D, Hodinkee released a custom 10-watch attache with Globe-Trotter, which was quickly followed up by its 3- and 6-watch variants. All sold out in less than a few hours.

2022

The last in a series of 3 keyboard-inspired watches that John Mayer designed with Hodinkee and G-SHOCK. Featuring a 5-minute John Mayer video and a digital version of the working PT1 keyboard on the promotional page.

Hodinkee's second collaboration with famed German optics specialists continued the legendary "Ghost" treatment on Leica's workhorse Q2. Shot in White Sands National Park.

A beautiful, highly technical, 1/10th of second chronograph by Zenith. The captivating salmon dial and unorthodox campaign were a smash hit, selling out in under an hour.

A cheeky but well-made take on the character watch and the first opportunity to work with an institution like Peanuts. A surprise hit with the fastest sellout ever of 2.5 minutes.

2021

A beautiful and updated take on Longines chronometers of the early 1900s. A campaign that featured "Modern Timekeepers" - industry leaders that are preserving the tradition of timekeeping in their own way.

3 Limited Edition watches, swiss movements, slim cases, offered for the first time by the Milan-based brand. Complete with an epic 2 minute hero video.

One of the most important pieces of work that I've ever done in my life. A tribute to my father and my family. Dedicated to dedication, perseverance, and remembering that those that we care about live in us.
