Work Experience
Helping turning credit unions into fintechs.
At Addi, a startup focused on credit solutions, I was part of the retention squad being responsible for the users pos-purchase and marketplace experience.
- I lead the project of user risk segmentation creating focus personalized user experiences for each risk personas.
- I A/B tested and measure results for the checkout experience in merchants.
- I was part of the Design System team, creating from scratch a new System for Addi products.
- I run discoveries and analyze metrics along with my Product Manager to understand user needs and prioritize. I also applied different UX and research methods such as surveys, benchmarking, user journeys, interviews, usability testing as well as team workshops.
At EBANX, a Global Payments Company in Brazil, I had the challenge to work designing for a digital wallet.
- I was responsible for the redesign of the mobile app help center.
- I designed the transaction area in the App, which provides users the visibility of their purchase and clarity throughout the process of receiving cashback.
- I worked side by side with product managers and other stakeholders understanding problems and prioritizing solutions to definition of the roadmaps.
- I applied different research and UX methods as well as team workshops, and helped with the creation of the Design team ceremonies and structure.
At Picpay, I had the opportunity to work designing improvements and new features for an financial App with over 50M users.
- I was responsible for the UX and UI of Picpay Store, materializing the business strategy and e-commerce formula into a complete user flow and in-app purchase experience.
- I worked applying different research methods, such as benchmarking, journey mapping, surveys and usability testing.
I facilitated the process of ideation and designed iOS applications and was involved in the development process until launch in the App store. Always receiving feedback from Apple employees and working closely with developers.
During my time at the Academy, Apple selected my Swift project as one of the winners of the 2020 Worldwide Developer's Conference (WWDC20). I was also one of the highlights of the winners, and I got the chance of presenting my project to Apple's VP Lisa Jackson and had a meeting with Apple's CEO Tim Cook.
