Emplified was a trailblazing company in the field of employee engagement. There is no one size fit model for people’s career development. For employees, we provided individualized data to help people understand their motivations and aspirations. For managers, we provided real-time analytics to drive conversation and retain talent. For owners, we helped define and positively cultivate their company culture to align with the needs of their existing employees to reduce turnover.

Volunteering

2014 — Now

Represent Arcade Comedy Theater as part of their Leaderboard to volunteer time and expertise to continue to make Pittsburgh's only non-profit comedy theater the best it can possibly be.

2013 — 2016
Co-Founder at Comedy Arts Pittsburgh

With some very talented (and very funny) people, I helped found Comedy Arts Pittsburgh as a recognized 501(c)(3) to put together the first Pittsburgh Comedy Festival (PCF). Comedy Arts Pittsburgh (CAP) was established to pursue and shine a light on the comedic arts within Pittsburgh and surrounding regions.

Our first festival in 2014 had over 1,000 people attend shows with acts coming into our fair city from Austin, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, NYC, Philadelphia, and more with a special local showcase of acts from Pittsburgh as well.

The festival continues to focus on Collaboration, Community, and Quality.
