I led the initial MVP and landing page design for product promotion of AI solutions that connect collaboration tools with ERP services such as accounting and human resources to help all services operate organically.

A design system that optimises standards

Established a design system that greatly enhanced our service quality and development efficiency. Refined markup patterns and streamlined more than 40% simplification of workflows.

Designed the MVP of medical real-time operational indicators in the infectious emergency dashboard for healthcare institutions to easily access availability and capacity with reliable medical data visualisations. Showcased as the Premier medical big data service at the government innovation expo, presenting to 109 relevant public offices and agencies.

Motif elements for the entire brand.

Enhanced visual assets to be used across the entire brand, playing a crucial role in product launches. This ultimately saved us over £124,000 of celebrity modelling fees.

An app for expense claim.

I streamlined expense claim submissions by upgrading Information Architecture based on identified issues. This achieved a significant reduction of over 50% in the time required for reporting.

Updating a dashboard of business platform

I updated the overall notification interaction by introducing a widget layout that allows users to handle it effectively. Reduced duplicate tasks and measured a decrease in user workload.

2022 — 2024
Seoul, Korea

At a SaaS ERP company, we tailor solutions to the corporate, financial, healthcare, and public sectors. I managed enterprise, data and medical platform features and interface design across all devices. I led a new release of a large-scale enterprise management platform, implemented strategic design enhancements, and optimised internal standards.

  • Managed platform features by implementing a high-density interface design with  150 updates registered with JIRA, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.
2021 — 2021
Seoul, Korea

Participated in a one-month internship program by Wanted Lab, where challenges presented by three startups were addressed.

  • Identified low-engagement content channels through user research for 29CM, a fashion e-commerce platform, and led MVPs based on A/B testing to determine user-preferred content layouts.

  • Conducted competitive analysis research, created journey maps, developed information architecture, and designed high-fidelity mockups for a data labelling dashboard project at AIMMO.
