I'm a remote hands-on Creative Director and Designer with over 20 years of in-house, freelance and digital agency experience. Some of the largest lifestyle brands, music artists, start-ups, and enterprise level technology companies have trusted me in creating successful interactive experiences, products and branding.
Work Experience
My name is Jeff Toll, I’m a curious, inspired, and easy to work with Digital Creative Director and Designer who thrives working in small teams, ultimately delivering effective and enjoyable digital experiences and branding for over 20 years. As of lately, I've been on-boarding and collaborating with a range of agencies, start-ups, and direct clients, moving their digital branding, product, and marketing needs forward, with the goal of making complex digital problems simple.
Served as the lead Creative Director for a 3-month contract with Oddfellows and Google - Material You. I directed a small team of illustrators and motion designers in order to complete a series of highly expressive ad units and design systems.
I worked as a IC Staff Designer for Blue River's premiere client, Apple IS&T. Projects included design for internal pitch work, employee portals, and tooling. Work is under strict NDA.

I was brought onto the Splice Creative Tools team as a contract Product Designer to design a VST plugin for an AI music generation tool called CoSo. The project required me to quickly on board, align with the product roadmap, and fully immerse myself into the world of DAWs (Desktop Audio Workstations) in order to understand the technical limitations of such software and the creative mindset of music producers.
I was honored to work on a 6-month contract at Twitter as a Designer for the"Flex Flock" team. I reported to my Senior Program Manager who would assign me to different small teams to help support and extend the newly created visual brand and design system. Tasks included but were not limited to: Interaction Design, Art Direction, UX/IA Wireframes, and Illustrations.
Responsible for Aidin's new brand refresh, web presence, digital product, and everything else in-between for www.MyAidin.com. Aidin is on a mission to defragment the healthcare ecosystem with a seamless digital platform that transforms healthcare for good and improves outcomes for all.
• Paired exclusively with BGB’s ECD for their Merck Oncology digital account and digital pharmaceutical pitch work.
• Responsible for creating the new Merck Oncology website, including visual design, UX, and front-end development direction within a condensed timeline and budget.

• Responsible for the companies branding, process, and industry reputation for +17 years.
• Led top-tier projects hands-on while directing the growth of all designers.
• Worked for a wide range of industries and agencies ie; music, events, start-ups, DTC, BTB, digital products, ecomm, gaming, and enterprise-level tech companies.
• Formed client relationships, and collaborated directly with all internal and external teams, overseeing work produced until launch.
• Directed and collaborated with content creation, photography direction, storytelling, copywriting, and video work.
• Harmonized with all departments within the studio, understanding their worlds.
• Responsible for pitch work and design presentations.
• Mentored and assisted in the growth of all designers, establishing lifelong friends who all moved on to do great things.
Projects
Co-founded in 2005 by activists and filmmakers Robert Redford and James Redford, The Redford Center is a nonprofit organization that advances environmental solutions through the power of stories that move.
The Center was looking for a brand expression that represented all of its activists and storytellers. A vibrant, bold and colorful new visual brand, website and scalable collateral system was born.

The BulletPoints Project, a University of California Firearm Violence Research Center initiative, is a prevention program mobilizing health care providers to engage in clinical strategies for reducing firearm injury and death. Their brand is bold and approachable; allowing the data to speak for itself while communicating preventative techniques to clinicians in and effective way. A comprehensive brand system for print and digital was created so the research team can confidently and effectively get information into the hands of clinicians who are most likely to successfully intervene against risks of gun violence. The website is an extension of their brand, where valuable clinical resources and be documented easily by their team as the program continues to publish its findings.
Working with the close-knit team at www.fathom.company we created a brand refresh, web presence, digital product, and everything else in-between for www.MyAidin.com. Aidin is on a mission to defragment the healthcare ecosystem with a seamless digital platform that transforms healthcare for good and improves outcomes for all.

Yonder is an online marketplace for unique, authentic places to stay and things to do. Yonder connects people to nature immeasurably with stewards, guests, and the planet. As a Creative Director and Designer I was responsible for the product and brand's UI/UX, art direction, illustration direction, photography direction, video editing and overall interaction and concept design.
My roots come from designing for the music industry (+6 years), so Coachella’s vibe came natural to me. But, if you ask me the most impressive part of the relationship was that I was able to create designs flexible enough to stand up to multiple years of use while upholding its overall integrity.
