Responsible for leading, managing, and growing a team of multidisciplinary designers at Carvana, the fastest-growing online used car retailer in the US. Developed and implemented a new look and feel for the brand with an impact across marketing, retail, social media, and product touchpoints, working closely with various leaders from Brand and Product Management to C-suite executives. Managed and pushed the design quality throughout all stages of multiple large projects and initiatives.

Responsible for infusing design thinking and methodology into the design team's work. Helped lead and shape the department alongside the Head of Design. Established and implemented a Visual Identity System for Taco Bell across IRL, social, and digital touchpoints.

Co-led the branding and visual identity work for the launch of Google Stadia, a new cloud-based gaming service, in partnership with Google and Google Creative Lab. Responsible for crafting design solutions across multiple projects and clients.
