Post-purchase experience
I worked on improving post-purchase user experience at Nykaa. Core focus areas were Orders pages, Return / Replacement user journeys, and Help Center.

Design System
I built multi-brand design system from ground up. I managed component libraries and documentation on Figma that helped designers build consistent UI. We built and leveraged scalable token architecture to power our design system, enabling us to quickly ship themed UI for various business verticals of Nykaa.
