My team (Team A from United International University) emerged as Champions in the Category Phase of RETO 2024 from the Marketing Category! Hosted by CompanyGame, RETO 2024 provides a unique platform for participants to enhance their skills in business management and administration through engaging with business simulators.

Throughout the competition, we were tasked with making critical decisions for our virtual company based on specific criteria and positions within the simulator. Our team's dedication and strategic thinking were pivotal in achieving the highest net margin in the Marketing Category, ultimately securing our victory.

Participating in RETO 2024 has been an enriching experience for us, allowing us to test our skills against teams from around the world.

  • Conduct client visits and meetings to discuss services and address inquiries.

  • Guide clients through the onboarding process of having a bKash corporate solution, ensuring all necessary details and documents are accurately provided.

  • Engage in client servicing and communication, ensuring clear and effective interactions.

  • Analyze the MFI industry based on the latest MRA reports to provide the team with updates that enhance market understanding and drive sales.

  • Looking after day-to-day operations ensuring the produced contents are delivered timely in the best possible quality.

  • Preparing business proposals using Canva & Prezi to pitch services to potential clients.

  • Communicating with MNCs, brands, public figures, and influencers for brand collaborations, PR campaigns, and corporate projects.

Volunteer Management Lead at What A Show!

What A Show! is a one-of-a-kind late-night show of the country hosted by comedian Rafsan Sabab where he invites popular personalities to provide insights into their personal and professional lives.

My role included recruiting, training, and managing a team of volunteers, ensuring they were well-prepared to assist with various aspects of the show's operations. I worked closely with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and provided support to volunteers, ensuring they had clear instructions and guidance to contribute effectively to the show’s success.
