About
Most frequently asked questions from my friends is “what TV show should I watch?” I got to earn my TV recommendation credibility when I set the Guinness World Record for marathon TV watching for 91 hours in 2014. A true story. It’s also because I take into consideration of their interest, past shows they watched and enjoyed, and their preferences in genre and style. I identify any potential roadblocks, objections and prepare alternative recommendations to ensure it’ll be a perfect match.
This is the same approach I take in my project and operations management. I understand that each project never has the same path from point A to B. I have a creative and agile approach to problem solving that often gets referred to as a “well oiled machine” working with various departments. I am thinking 5 steps ahead to answer questions before it’s asked and observe how I can become the teams right hand. Figuratively and literally because I am left handed.
I am best known for my organization, communication and entrepreneurial initiatives. I advocate for change when I identify an opportunity and help execute, which leads to an organization wide impact. I continue to channel my passion through made in, a podcast I co-host where we share pop culture and society moments from an asian diaspora perspective to give voice to our community.
