Led all design as a 0-to-1 product leader building a data management system for 88 researchers across 5 research labs. Created and managed a multi-platform design system. Set the design language for all product, including developing a new logo.

Completed end-to-end feature design to improve tooling for scientists to generate better data from their instruments via real-time transforms preview. Shipped for all customers in December 2023.

Increased new user retention with onboarding redesign. Prototyped 9 new features to show investors future app functionalities. Designed a pitch deck that raised a $3m seed round. Led user testing, defined new location-based forum feature, and evangelized vision with senior leadership.

Built 7 Vue.js components to redesign social share experience on News site, increasing share clicks by 35.9%. Worked alongside senior product designer to improve accessibility by implementing WAI-ARIA concepts in 12 existing components. Collaborated with senior engineers in biweekly agile sprints.
