Work Experience
CultureSuite was created from the merger between After Digital and the Dutch SaaS company, Peppered. I’ve been leading the ongoing development of their new parent brand, as well as restructuring their marketing operations, and spearheading their go-to-market strategy entering the UK and US markets.

Implementing the company’s sales and marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns and optimising/automating the customer journey from awareness to conversion.

Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the growth team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of ORKs, project plans and wider growth initiatives with other teams, including the hiring and management of internal and freelance staff, and managing budgets to ensure maximum ROI on growth initiatives.

Overseeing data analysis and reporting to track and analyse competitors and marketing performance, set and monitor KPIs, and highlight areas for improvement using the lean startup build, measure, learn methodology.

Led the development of the new CultureSuite branding, including new websites, sales and marketing collateral.

Developed a go-to-market strategy that brought CultureSuite into the UK and US markets. Defined and implemented content, marketing and sales plans that developed brand awareness and PR activity across Europe, UK and US, helping to close over £1m in estimated LTV revenue within 8 months.

Reformed post-merger marketing operations using agile methodologies, introducing an extensive martech stack, project management framework, new workflows and processes, and developed custom marketing tools.
I managed an award winning marketing team at After Digital, a high-end web design, development and marketing agency that pivoted post-merger to focus on website design for CultureSuite’s SaaS CMS product, Peppered.

Managed the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, providing training and mentorship to junior team members, project managing client work to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and campaigns.

Account manager for 15 clients, overseeing activity and conducting regular comms and status calls. Managing incoming sales enquiries and pitch decks, as well as client onboarding/offboarding.

Led strategy, consultancy, analytics, web development, content, budget and campaign planning across core client accounts, in partnership with the marketing team or external client agencies and freelancers.

Achieved a ROAS of 18.3 and £494,420 in revenue for The Old Vic’s Google Ads accounts over 19 months.

Drove 11,445 new email subscribers and a retargetable audience of 123,948 marketing qualified leads for the Co-op Live venue in Manchester, with a cost per lead (CPL) of just £0.60/lead - 12.5X less than Meta’s average CPL of £7.20.

Environmental engineering company focused on food support and mangrove planting in Ghana, Namibia, Bangladesh and Spain. Brought on to assist in driving investment opportunities, I quickly reformed the organisation to optimise it’s potential.

Orchestrated a new business and strategic plan to pivot the organisation towards an NGO model and drive additional revenue for local farmers and the organisation. Designed and developed a functional MVP online marketplace platform focusing on localised ethical and environmentally friendly consumerism, aiming to use profits to fund nature-based carbon offsetting and local social and environmental projects. While initial alpha users were brought on, the project collapsed due to financial issues.
