As the first design hire at the startup, I established a UX design process within the company by introducing user research, idea validation, and interactive prototype testing. I improved product design quality by creating cohesive visual patterns across websites and mobile apps. During my time there, I led two website redesigns, launched iOS and Android app redesigns, set up A/B tests, and designed and coded marketing emails. I also did some minor branding work to maintain visual consistency. Additionally, I handled much of the front-end development for the main website and checkout process, contributing to both the design and technical aspects of our products.
