From 2011 onwards, I founded, developed, and creatively managed a series of agencies in Sweden and across the Nordics. With them, we brought people-powered campaigning and engagement-driven communications to the Nordics. We won: awards, creative and otherwise, as well as big political victories both in Sweden and across the EU. At the end of 2023, I sold my shares and left to learn to write the alphabet in the opposite direction. When that is accomplished, some of my time will be as a consultant in all things strategy and creative – but most of my time will be my own projects, and projects that I’ve yet to join.

Reform Society combine politics, tech and creativity. We are currently a 75+ people strong federation of 3 agencies: Reform Society (politics), Reform Story (content, media and tech) and Reform Act (creativity and engagement).
In June 2019, together with Kruse Larsen, we launched our Norwegian digital public affairs and engagement agency – Pressure. In September 2020, together with Oxymoron, we reshaped Reform Act Denmark into, and launched, ROXY (who, also, work with digital public affairs and engagement). In fall 2021, we opened our Finnish sister agency Ignite Society.
Re-structured into Reform Act
From 2005 – 2010, I worked as an art director, copywriter, and lead creative for clients such as ABSOLUT Vodka, JC Jeans & Clothes, Electrolux, Visit Sweden, Nokia, SVT, and others – small and big, international and Swedish. After five-ish years and an increadible amount of learnings – and quite a few awards – I left to start my own agency.
