Awards
Self-Driven Account ("Programa tu Cuenta" in Spanish) is a new mobile app feature that helps BBVA customers manage their savings and day-to-day financial tasks. Anchoring most design decisions on behavioral economics insights, we used gamification and automation to make repetitive tasks suck less.
The product received the Service Design Award by BID (Bienal Iberoamericana de Diseño) in 2020.
