I'm Siddharth, a Product Designer who specializes in building and scaling early-stage startups from 0 to 1. Previously led design at CRED ($6B, Fintech).

Launched core revenue, engagement and growth products: CRED Card Management, CRED Onboarding, CRED Store and CRED Referrals. Scaled products from 0-1, mentored designers and witnessed CRED's 10x growth journey.
Projects
Designed India's fastest-growing FD investment platform from 0-1. Led a team of 4 designers to launch brand, app, and web platform in 60 days. Achieved $50M in investments within 90 days of launch.
Focused on implementing design changes, enhancing the user funnel, and optimising the core reward redemption loop. Following that, I co-led two significant revamps of the onboarding flow, enabling us to effectively scale and meet evolving business needs as well as user requirements.
Led end-to-end design for Hallparty, a smart student ID super-app. Owned full design system (brand, app, web, physical card). Boosted adoption through custom characters designed by a Bali-based illustrator, while ensuring banking compliance and partnerships.
Led the end-to-end product design for CRED's biggest growth charter. Designed one of a kind flows for peak periods like IPL. Referral-driven growth becomes highly strategic, leveraging heightened engagement.
Crafted first-of-its-kind luxury store product for CRED members → reimagined e-commerce through editorial design & rich media. Spearheaded brand vision alongside CEO & Design Head, establishing CRED's entry into e-commerce segment. Built platform from 0-1, positioning CRED as a leader in the lifestyle space beyond fintech.
Spearheaded two complete overhauls of the card management system to keep up with the scale of the company. These enhancements weren't just about updating screen designs—they were driven by extensive experimentation, ongoing analysis, and a deep understanding of business needs.
Side Projects
An exploration of type and letter, rather than publishing each piece as a solo creative, I created a narrative experience around the history and origin of letters across 36 days.
I created a blog specifically to showcase her work, choosing a design style that would complement and enhance her words. Designing 'Making Meaning' was a joyful and exploratory process, where I dived into the world of web development and design.
I created stand-up posters in collaboration with my friend Nilaksh Mathur for his show titled "Maslow ki Maa ki" ( : translating to Screw Maslow's Mom ). Drawing inspiration from retro pencil colour illustrations and hand-sketch typography.
Designed visual narrative exploring Da Vinci's life in the form of a horizontal-scroll website.
