At VMware's internal design conference, I spoke with two other colleagues on how human centered design techniques are the foundation of any process. This case study delved into the HCD of M&As.

Expanding UCD into Different Domains

- Redesigned TYR’s animal shelter SaaS to a cloud solution for animal rescue and shelter customers.
- Part of VMware's Good Gigs Program

- Produced visual designs and revamped website for programs helping underrepresented students achieve higher education
- I was also the IT girl setting up and installing all devices

Graphic Designer

- Designed a desktop and mobile platform for AV teams to manage 1,800+ conference rooms across 24 countries
- Teamed up with an Emerging Tech team to go 0-to-1 for experimental tools under HR and developer productivity, live-audio communication, and DEI initiatives
- Collaborated in cross-functional teams (UXR, Product, Eng, & Data) to strategize product vision and communicate design decisions, impacting the lives of 40,000 global employees
- Advocated and contributed insights to Clarity design system
- Audited designs for accessibility with accessibility team

UX Designer, Colleague Experience

- Identified how developers build video into their applications by integrating with APIs to exploring all potential features of the Mux Platform
- Created and facilitated XFN workshops tailored to org’s needs
- Led and collaborated on research projects: 
(1) Journey mapping end-to-end developer experience with Mux Video APIs to advocate customer’s perspective
(2) Understanding platform experience to unify products

Product Designer, Video

- Designed enterprise transportation, warehousing, and warranty management on web and native mobile apps 
- Rapidly iterated and tested prototypes to research user insights 
- Pioneered first version of UNIS design system

UX Designer

- Mapped information architecture and conducted user research to understand user goals that lead to campus redesign
