Work Experience
I worked as the Rules focal point in the Strategic Fraud Prevention team. My responsibilities included interpreting data to identify fraud, creating action plans, defining KPIs, and managing the team's OKRs. I also participated in the implementation and maintenance of rules to prevent fraud.
I developed strategies to prevent and detect fraud in BeesBank accounts by analyzing trends and patterns of suspicious activities. I monitored key indicators to identify potential threats. Additionally, I contributed to the development of policies, manuals, workflows, and procedures aimed at preventing internal and external frauds.
I developed and defined risk indicators, evaluated credit transactions, and produced analytical reports. I handled reported cases and monitored derivative transactions for the desk, identifying fraud suspicions. I generated insights to guide the strategy team in creating new rules to prevent fraud or false positives, avoiding financial losses and disputes. Additionally, I conducted chargeback analysis in Brazil and Colombia.
