Singapore Art Week
—Supporting the day–to–day operations of the SAW team for the 2022 and 2023 editions through project and stakeholder management of local partners, grant administration, marketing, events management and procurement
—Synergising the digital initiatives of the Open Call Projects and partners through SAW Digital and across SAW’s marketing platforms
— Produced SAW in Dubai (2022) to deliver a range of digital offerings from SAW’s past and present programming at World Expo 2020 Dubai, and Urban Screens (2023) that showcased experiments at the frontier of new technologies through the works of 6 digital & new media artists on SAW Digital and a physical billboard activation
—Supported the thought leadership function, through SAW Dialogues (2022) to deliver a series of 13 hybrid talks and the inaugural Art Thought Leadership Forum (2023) that convened local and international thought leaders
—Content management and site maintenance of Artweek.sg, in–coordination with web developers, partners, and relevant stakeholders
Public Art Trust
—Project management and grant administration of 5 new public artworks, as part of As You Were, from open call, commissioning, installation, maintenance, to deinstallation
—Responsible for drafting contracts and ensuring that artworks are delivered in a timely fashion and within prevailing regulatory guidelines
—Stakeholder management across Artists, Site–owners, Public Agencies, and the general Public
—Produced and delivered a series of 4 public programmes, in–coordination with Artists, Venue Owners, and engaged over 100 participants across 2 weekends
—Conceptualised, managed, and delivered the marketing campaign for the commission, in-coordination with internal Corp Comms team and external PR, design & creative agencies
—Working with both internal Research team and external Research agency to track footfall towards the public art commissions and benchmark attendance against previous public art projects
Commercial and editorial photography for organisations, institutions and media publications. Selected clientele includes British Red Cross, Cornish Spirits, Monocle Magazine, Collective Minds Asia, Currency Design, Singapore Tourism Board, Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA)
—Initiated and led the Young People’s Jury Programme as part of Cornwall Film Festival 2019 and AMPLIFY! Film Festival in 2020, which saw over 29 young jurors, across Europe participating in the programme
—Management of administrative, operational, and technical functions of the programme
—Writing of workshop syllabus, delivery of workshop sessions, organising masterclasses, and moderating of Q&A sessions
