I'm on a constant mission of finding intersections between people, purpose, and products/projects.
With +7 years of experience of building online and IRL communities, I found myself in web3 by learning, sharing and actively collaborating to build a more diverse and inclusive space. Combining my experience in working at non-profits, start-ups and blockchain projects, I'm permanently curious to see the world from different perspectives.
Work Experience
- Led the overall community growth, operations and strategy of the protocol
- Organised and hosted monthly community calls and supported in-person events (Talent Brunch)
- Contributed to grow engagement metrics on Discord by increasing "communication rate" up to 41%
- Co-created and managed Talent Protocol's Bounty Program
- Designed and implemented Talent Protocol's Ambassadors Program, recruiting 22 representatives in 15 countries.
- Led the overall community growth strategy of the association
- Redesigned the community knowledge base and social platforms (Discord, Discourse, Reddit, Telegram, Helpscout)
- Organised and hosted bi-weekly online events and hackathons
- Designed and implemented Aragon's Ambassadors Program, recruiting in three months 54 representatives in 31 countries.
- Built the foundations of community support and operations within the company
- Worked in customer-facing translation projects such as Booking.com, TAP and KLM
- Managed operations, growth and engagement of +10 language communities (French, Spanish, Italian, Russian), including the launch of two new communities (Czech and Hungarian).
- Managed AIESEC’s global brand across eight local chapters
- Stakeholders management - partners, local entities, corporations, students, alumni
- Represented the entity in international summits and conferences (AIESEC International Congress 2015 - India, SIGEF 2015 - Switzerland)
