Projects
Leading the redesign of the tutor experience within our new MyTutor Memberships product, making it easier for tutors to find and take on new work, with a focus on boosting customer conversion.
A hackathon project where we trained a small language model to answer parents' questions about their child’s learning and progress.
Leading the end-to-end design of MyTutor Groups product, improving the parent, tutor, and admin experiences.
Researching and redesigning the Fastic PLUS experience for our premium users, aiming to increase retention and boost engagement.
Volunteering
Apart of Me is a charity dedicated to supporting children & young people through their experience of grief via a multi-award-winning therapeutic game.
I worked within the Innovation team at the Prince's Trust to support the Get Hired project - an innovative recruitment initiative helping young people to upskill and find jobs.
