  • Conducted thorough UX audit to identify multiple issues in the acquisition funnel.

  • Designed a new search system and improved the architecture of the content library, navigation, and experiences for video/text content consumption and post-consumption, leading to enhanced discovery and engagement.

  • Contributed to an 8x increase in user acquisition and retention, as well as a remarkable 79.8% revenue growth for FY22.

  • Enhanced the free trial experience, resulting in improved lead quality refinement and a 7% increase in conversion rate.

One of the top fashion and lifestyle platforms in Indian e-commerce.

  • Played a key role in the design refresh of the mobile app, which entailed transitioning from a fashion
    brand to a fashion aggregator and accommodating more than 250,000 styles of curated collections
    from over 1,400 national and international brands.

  • Identified critical touch-points in the user journey and implemented triggers & features for mobile app
    downloads on the website, resulting in a more than threefold increase in monthly app downloads from
    0.6 million to over 3 million.

  • Implemented a game-based discount system called "Spin the Wheel" for low-average basket value ABV
    customers, resulting in a 36.6% improvement in upselling.

  • Co-created a competitive and incentivizing method for cross-selling, named Top Shopper, that targeted
    the top 6.5% high-value purchase users during the Big Bold Sale 2021 July quarterly event.

  • Resulted in completing 0.5 million orders per day for the first time.
