Before that, worked as Lead Experience Designer at SoftServe. Was involved in the early stages of discovery phases for various products. Worked in close collaboration with product and engineering teams and led a team of designers.

Redesigned mobile (Android and iOS) and desktop applications in close collaboration with POs, BA, and Dev team. Focused on new experience of Pre-meeting and In-meeting functionality. Conducted user testing. Developed Design system for all platforms. Was leading there of 2 designers. As a result, the iOS app rating went up by 0,3 points in the first 3 months after the initial release.
Led a redesign process of the legacy desktop application and crafted absolutely new experience for the web-based app. Was part of the discovery team alongside with BA and Architect. Conducted workshops, user and stakeholder interviews
The platform helps Personal Care Physicians to maintain their workload and keep all patients in one place. Platform also helps PCP manage their care team and see all tasks related to other physicians within a clinic.
That was a proof of concept that helped a company to determine product market fit and proceed with the product launch.
Worked on porting native Windows CorelDraw app to native macOS app. Alongside with 3 other designers in a team, I focused on consistent behavior of all features on both platforms and followed macOS HIG guidelines. Maintained and contributed shared design system
