Work Experience
As a Senior Customer Experience Product Designer I'm focused on the customer experience for the paid Tutoring service across iOS, Android, and Web.
-Proactively worked with the product director and VP of Tutoring to improve visibility, leverage value proposition, and increase activation.
-Designed end-to-end personalized product experiences Ai enabled, for more than 9.5k active users
-Tested and validated design solutions via A/B test (amplitude experiments), usability testing (user-zoom), and concept testing (through user interviews).
-Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, QAs, and data analysts, to assess product dependencies, technical constraints, and business needs.
-Drive user research to validate hypotheses, and understand user behavior and preferences to identify potential solutions and business opportunities for product improvements. Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
-Led and facilitated workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment on the product vision and objectives for a successful and impactful product launch through a collaborative approach.
-Ensured the delivery of data-driven product solutions through insights and metrics to improve business outcomes
-Established effective communication with the client, ensuring a clear and comprehensive understanding of their business requirements to kickstart the creation of the back-office tool for a Warehouse Stock Manager (SaaS)

-Conducted usability testing to improve navigation and validate design concepts with real users fostering a User- User-centric approach throughout the whole product development lifecycle.
-Created the Design System and style guide for the whole project as a solid baseline for sustainable scaling and iteration of the product.
-Re-designed the user experience of an integrated solution to host fitness events with improvements based on user feedback, in-depth user interviews, and data-driven decisions.
-Reworked the branding direction, the tone and voice, and the user personas to update the brand personality and its digital presence through different channels in a 360 strategy including the re-design of the web experience with a no-code framework (web flow).
-Coordinated the design and implementation of a newsletter of Marketing trends for Mads (Mercado Libre Ads), leading a team of copywriters, publishers and designers within 3 main regions: Argentina, México and Brasil
-Led several web design projects for various clients, working alongside designers, SEO consultants, data analysts, and developers.
-Managed large cross-functional teams throughout Festival Provincia Emergente in different production environments (in-house, off-site, production company, etc.)
-Coordinated the creative and strategic planning of campaigns, supervising digital strategy on social media, including streaming shows online via social networks and live interactive experiences through social media.
-Supervised a designed ad hoc immersive 360 mapping and sound experience with top creative production set and lightning designer Lacroix (@lcxbsas).
-Booked more than 200 activities, over 3 days across different stages and local venues with more than 20,000 visitors. Worked with many emerging and enshrined local and international artists such as Tini, Lali, Wos, Cazzu, Louta, Miranda!, Los Pericos, Pedro Aznar, and Babasónicos.
