  • Led a team of 4 designers through the end-to-end participatory design and research of a web and mobile-based ordering portal for custom surgical implants.

  • Conducted online participatory design sessions and in-person interactive workshops with surgeon and clinical engineer partners to identify needs and cater platform to 5 distinct user groups.

  • Collaborated on a daily basis with R&D directors, technical product owners, engineering leads, and other business stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and implement designs using Agile methodologies.

  • Secured VC funding by owning the design of MVPs, interactive Figma prototypes, design systems, brand guidelines, landing pages, marketing content, and pitch decks for 12 tech startups in reproductive and mental health, medical insurance/billing, fitness, education, and finance.

  • Translated participatory design insights to service blueprints and business process maps, informing the creation of a new Medicare Advantage customer advocacy service model.

  • Led service design workshops to create customer journey maps, informing the launch of a first-of-its-kind program offering high-quality smartphones with unlimited data, talk, and texting service at no cost for thousands of Medicaid users.

  • Conducted a competitive analysis, created qualitative surveys, and designed UX research summary reports to drive the adoption of new programming to improve access to healthy food and healthy habit building for all markets.

  • Owned the user experience and interface design of 3 features on the WrapApp, a mobile platform designed to improve communication and planning between case managers and clients, reducing the risk of future violent injuries.
