About

I'm a product designer and cofounder of Sprintfolio, an ai-powered UX design accelerator where I've mentored and facilitated nearly 200 design sprints. Currently at USAA as a Senior Creative Designer. Outside of work, you’ll find me learning javascript, taking photographs and teaching my cat how to talk.

2023 — Now
  • Co-founded and designed Sprintfolio, an AI-driven UX career accelerator, achieving 25% waitlist conversion and $1K in MRR in our first month of launching.

  • Chosen for the first cohort at buildspace, a 3 month startup accelerator in San Francisco, from a pool of 57,000+ candidates

  • Facilitated ~200 design sprints & coached UX designers, leading to successful web3 & AI projects for clients and business growth

2024 — Now
  • Led the design of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) Foundational Training course, facilitating its delivery to 5000 employees

  • Designed, tested, and implemented user-friendly EPMO Wiki pages, ensuring alignment with USAA’s brand strategy

  • Streamlined templates for executive use in a confidential project impacting 9 departments, enhancing the efficiency of scoping, risk assessment, and tracking key results.

2022 — 2023
  • Developed a comprehensive user experience for an educational data and strategic planning dashboard, incorporating team formation, discovery, user research, interviews, low-fidelity prototyping, and usability testing to create a mid-to-high-fidelity prototype

  • Transformed onboarding process for education leaders, slashing time from months to minutes and elevating customer satisfaction to 4.13/5

2021 — 2022
  • Collaborated with executives and keynote speakers to create compelling presentations for 3 LifeCo townhall events with over 500 viewers

  • Facilitated seamless integration of new executive leadership by designing onboarding materials with 7 department leads, reducing in-person meetings

2018 — 2021
  • Supported the Moody College of Communications, numbering nearly 5,000 students and over 200 faculty members with multimedia technical services and instructional design needs

  • Revamped branding and intro motion graphics for Reporting Texas TV broadcast, and created instructional materials for two journalism classes, adapted to beginner skill level, to show how to use custom-made Premiere Pro templates

  • Delivered live production support for Dean commencement events, resulting in a seamless experience for over 5,000 attendees

2015 — 2018
  • Created professional marketing materials such as advertising signage, print collateral, newsletters, billboards, store manuals and annual conference materials

  • Collaborated with major entertainment brands such as Disney, Hasbro, and LEGO, independent business operators, retail management, merchandise buyers, and store layout architects to design and guarantee marketing graphics adhered to brand standards in more than 1,000 retail stores throughout the U.S.

2014 — 2015
  • Steered all marketing and PR outreach efforts, and maintained WordPress and social media presence that led to 200,000 unique views per month

  • Led academic research initiative with UT Austin and SRI, collecting 2,000+ survey responses from bootcamp students and graduates

2013 — 2014
  • Created Aceable's first MVP prototype by conducting user research & ideating user personas, user flows, information architecture, and wireframes within 3 months, resulting in a state-approved, mobile driver education course

  • Managed art direction for Aceable’s main protagonist, generating a database of over 1,000 edited images and infographics

  • Led UI/UX redesign that propelled Aceable to #1 native app for Driver's Ed, securing 25K in pre-seed funding from its MVP launch
