I was tasked with managing support tickets concerning issues and questions about our service from our users. I collaborated with users to comprehend their problems, troubleshooted them, and resolved them as swiftly and efficiently as possible. I also collaborated with other teams within CreateNow to make sure that our service met the needs of our users and that any issues were addressed promptly.

During the time that I have assisted with Exient's development, I optimised server configurations and assisted with minor projects (like this death system: medal.tv/games/minecraf…).

I was responsible for managing Meloncadia's social media accounts for a short period as time. I left this position due to lack of motivation and lack of experience.
