Work Experience

2022 — Now
Product Designer at Veeva Systems
Remote

Building the most complete and highest quality clinical platform that supports patients, sites and sponsors.

I'm responsible for the user experience (Information Architecture, Usability Testing) and the UI design (Interaction design, Visual design, Motion) for the MyVeeva for Patients mobile app and web platform, and for the ePRO Vault platform for sites.

Outside of feature work, I'm heavily involved in building MyVeeva’s Design System—our component library that supports multiple products— and its structure, including variables for colors, spacing, size and text strings.

2021 — 2021
Pleasanton, CA

Designed select features for Veeva Engage. Engage is a mobile and web product that connects HCPs and their office staff with Reps, MSLs, and other Life Sciences contacts through compliant video conferencing and chat messaging.

Created Engage's first Design System, a network of standardized, linked component libraries for web and mobile. Built nested mobile template components for scaleable and global screen prototyping.

2019 — 2021
San Luis Obispo

Designed advertisement campaigns and their deliverables (print, digital and broadcast radio ads) for local businesses and upper-midscale brands in San Luis Obispo.

Volunteering

San Luis Obispo

Launched Cal Poly's first product design lab for students with my co-founder CJ Tio. Iter8's mission is to give aspiring product designers a space to collaborate in teams, work with real clients and student orgs to solve real design problems, and create portfolio-worthy work.

Iter8 runs events and a variety of initiatives that serve team members' growth, including mentorship, seasonal bootcamps, design critiques, and case study reviews.
