2022 — Now
Brand/Web Designer; Tutor at Freelance
  • Building brand identity and designing websites for clients mostly in the finance, healthcare and education sectors.

  • Providing instruction in logic, critical thinking, and argumentative essay writing to prepare students for the Cambridge A-Level General Paper.

2021 — 2022
Product Designer at VA Insight
  • Teamed up closely with the Product Manager, Front-End, and Back-End Developers in our lively two-week sprint cycles.

  • Offered clear reasoning behind design choices, getting everyone on board after exploring various options.

  • Rolled out detailed and annotated wire-flows, a style guide, and a component library adapted from Material Design's.

  • Also: research, design audit, rapid prototyping, UX writing, collaborating with developers on handoff and reviews.

2019 — 2020
Interaction Designer at Accenture Song
Bangkok, Singapore

This marks my first foray into the world of UX/UI design, having transitioned from a marketing background. I began my journey with the design consultancy as an Interaction Designer.

Here's a snapshot of some projects I've worked on:

  • Siam Commercial Bank: Redesigned a B2B legacy system.

  • Singapore Government Agency: Facilitated design workshops, conducted user interviews and testing, and created journey maps.

  • Singapore FinTech Festival 2020: Worked on search, as well as the interactive map experience.

  • Citibank Singapore: Overhauled the consumer banking website.

Assistant Marketing Manager at NCS
  • Promoted a product suite of smart city and Internet-of-Things solutions, gaining valuable insights into user needs and market trends.

  • Crafted and designed marketing and sales-enablement materials, including keynotes, playbooks, brochures, eDMs, videos, and webpages, honing my skills in visual communication and content strategy.

  • Collaborated closely with product managers and domain experts to understand and address the unique challenges faced by clients across various industries.
