Supporting the Town of Groton by overseeing elections, registering vehicles, collecting tax revenue, and offering general support to residents.

Supported sales and marketing efforts by updating and codifying ASAPP's brand identity, redesigning
the website, creating landing pages, HTML emails, and creative assets, as well as photographing employees
and managing projects for the creative team.

Promoted within four months of being hired to lead a team of visual and UX designers. Designed websites and digital marketing materials, conducted UX research, built wireframes, and led brand projects.

Collaborated with the creative team to craft print, digital, and video campaigns. Worked directly with clients, managed projects, and significantly influenced the culture to improve user experience services and web processes.

Developed a design system and created a library of authentic photographs that transformed ZenTea's visual identity. Worked on print materials, packaging design, editorial and product photography, email marketing, and strategy.
