GenAI and Conversational chatbots are tearing at the very fabric of how people do business today. For this project, myself and my team we're giving two short weeks to discover and implement a set of features that leveraged GenAI to help solve top user issues. The result was a chatbot and enhanced GenBI screens.
My Role
As the Principal Product Designer, my role extended beyond traditional design tasks. I was responsible for orchestrating a cohesive design strategy, aligning it with the Webheart's business objectives. For this use-case, we will call this company Webheart to protect their identity
