Work Experience

I was the Senior Product Designer on Formstack's core Forms product. In my position, I lead the direction and growth of the Forms product in tandem with the Product Manager and the Engineering Manager to meet the needs of our users and internal stakeholders.

I supported a team of 10+ engineers in developing functional documentation and development criteria for all projects. I took all projects through the entire product design lifecycle—from research and planning to designing and testing all the way to pre- and post-release QA.

In addition, I worked alongside 8+ product designers to develop and grow our platform design system. I led and contributed to several design sprints and workshops that directly impacted the direction of Formstack.

Forms is a B2B online form-building platform that serves +16k paid accounts with over 95,000 weekly active users.

2021 — 2022
Remote

As the sole product designer at Demandwell, I collaborated daily with the CTO and company leadership to research, plan, design, and test all features and functionalities of the Demandwell software from pre-launch through its first year.

I supported a team of 10 engineers through various development methodologies through all things product design as well as a host of product management responsibilities.

2019 — 2021
Zionsville, IN

Oversaw all Product Design efforts in a pre- and post-Series A startup environment. Supported two teams of engineers in all development efforts and product enhancements with initial mockup discussions, in-depth interactive prototypes, and ongoing assistance through the development lifecycle. Designed and implemented complex workflow systems for state agencies and public water organizations to measure and maintain government compliance. Strategized and designed a communication system to deliver government-mandated letters to hundreds of thousands of households across the US. Collaborated closely with CTO, CEO, and company leadership to define features and requirements of the 120Water platform.
