Work Experience
• Hired to work for BidPro by creating an iPad app from the ground up with only a simple design document.
• Advanced to creating updates for all iOS Apps as I grew in the position.
• Employed throughout all four years of college with the IT Helpdesk located in the Law School. Assisted both Teachers and Students in the classroom, office, remote, and over the phone.
• Commonly worked on device setup, password recovery, wireless networks, printers, VPNs, media support, and general troubleshooting.
• Owner of an IT Support business. Worked with companies, family, and friends over the phone, and on-site at homes and offices.
• Was key in assisting my high-school, Gonzaga Prep, with the transition from textbooks to educational tech with iPads in the classroom.
Projects
• Participated in a team of 4 and visited Kenworth’s offices to meet directly with the engineers there to uncover need and work on solutions.
• The team created a web system using ThingWorx for suppliers to use to manage parts and keep business continuity between multiple partners.
