• Ideated and prototyped multiple cross platform features and interactions

2020 — 2020
UI/UX Designer at aiaibot
Zurich

I have been working on the integration of the first AI functions in aiaibot.

NLP should be used in combination with the chatbot and allows with the use of machine learning the training of classifiers. At this point speed, but also the used algorithms and user experience are the decisive criteria.

Collaborating with the team on some internal research (analysing the market & competition) and I had the chance to incorporate useful insights and metrics from the development of the on-premise solution lena by PIDAS.

While we created a design style/language for the company, I also collaborated closely with the machine learning engineering team to break down complex ideas and communicate them visually in a clear and consistent manner.

One difficulty was that many designs depend on the structure of the user data. Moreover, our designs had to be thought through completely from the start because the front end was implemented by a third party and later changes were costly. That meant that I also conducted quality assurance and guided our overseas contractors.

Part of the process is as well to review pull requests on Github that contains UI changes, to ensure our components remain durable over time and our production is reflecting what has been designed.

2018 — 2020
UI/UX Designer at Lisk
Berlin

The mission at Lisk is to accelerate the understanding and adoption of blockchain technology with an SDK (Sidechain Development Kit) written in JavaScript, the most widely used programming language in the world.

Started off as solo Designer and the challenge was to create the Lisk Mobile wallet, that will allow users to easily transfer LSK tokens to others, view transaction history and account balance.

Collaborated with the Product Manager and Developers to create an initial roadmap and got a lot of useful insights from the already existing Lisk Desktop application implemented in React. Conducted competitive analysis and have been researching existing wallets.

The goal with the addition of the Lisk Mobile wallet to the Lisk ecosystem, was to allow users to have an handy wallet on the go, and also a trusted one, made by Lisk.
