Cherry (the name was changed for the case) is cryptowallet that allows qr-code payments by FPS (fast payment system) in Russia. Payment occurs by converting USDT to rubles without human intervention and the p2p market. In other words user can pay for any purchases via qr-code at any pos-terminals that support fast payment system
