Helpdesk Media Foundation is a European non-profit organisation that functions as a 24/7 hotline that provides vital information assistance to people affected by the war in Ukraine. The Foundation has also a media that tells the stories of people in the context of the Russo-Ukrainian war.

Led design during 1.5 years of a conversational support system that helped more than 35000 people affected by the war in Ukraine get verified information about their various war related situations and problems.

Designed CSAT and chat quality assessment features for the conversational support platform, allowing the organisation to measure chat quality that resulted in av. CSAT more than 95%.

Initiated a migration into a new component library for the internal platforms by working closely with a software engineer and a CTO which led to faster feature design and development and made design and code seamless.

Designed a timetable for volunteers that helped plan their shifts and assisted the support team in managing workload capacity to ensure that the 'demand' for questions was always balanced with the 'supply' of managers and volunteers.

Designed a new knowledge base for the conversational support system that was more integrated into the platform's chats, reduced time of searching for correct articles faster and made onboarding of new personnel easier.

Designed a new fundraising platform and brand identity for campaigns by working closely with an art director and fundraisers that helped the organisation raise more than €300k in 2023 for various humanitarian needs in Ukraine.

Worked on a procurement application (back office), making significant improvements in user-friendliness, alignment with business requirements, and scalability through user research and metrics analysis. Achievements included increased task success rates, reduced time for key tasks, and a decrease in support messages due to clearer user communication and UX enhancements. Organised design backlog and established a collaborative process with engineers for backlog management.

Created a set of Figma assets (flow canvas, flow blocks, note card, task card) to accelerate design work and enhance readability for product team members. Collaborated with the design manager to introduce and implement a new user flow method across the design community.

Designed, launched, and initially supported a new product for planning and launching promotional mechanics at Samokat until a dedicated designer was onboarded.

Participated in the development of a new design system for internal products at Samokat and Buyk, including research on colour schemes and the creation of a new accessible colour model.

Enhanced our design knowledge base by authoring articles on structured and semi-structured user interviews and sharing insights with designers at Samokat and Buyk.

At Uteka, led the web customer experience and supported the design of iOS and Android apps. Organised the design file structure and wiki, and co-developed a comprehensive design system, testing component usability and creating icons for the future redesign of web and app interfaces.

Conducted user interviews to refine the customer experience, increasing conversion rates and task success rates in search and checkout by 15%. Collaborated with an analyst on A/B testing for new features, analysing the outcomes to guide further enhancements.

For the My Health product, developed a new UI kit and visual style guide, designed the website, and post-launch, drove its growth. Launched new features including a loyalty program and integrated promo mechanics in collaboration with state-level pharmaceutical suppliers and a local bank.

PullCRM is a Ukrainian CRM for barbershops, grooming and beauty salons with a clear and user-friendly interface; a tool that saves time and allows people to plan their company’s processes in a simple, but effective manner.

• With a small team of engineers created a CRM platform for barbershops, grooming and beauty salons based in Ukraine
• As a designer, was responsible for the desktop and mobile website, which included responsibilities ranging from creating components to releasing the product, working on new features and improvements, and creating promotional materials
