Projects

2022

As Head of Innovation at Smart, I was responsible for reinventing our internal tableau dashboards as a product called Smart Analytics. I managed the team of UI, UX, content designers and user researchers who worked on this initiative, and I was responsible for setting the vision to ensure the product was easy to understand and provided actionable insights. At the time of writing it is available to a few thousand users in the UK.

2021

I was the accountable design owner ("UX Sponsor") for the creation of the new Keystone design system. This involved managing a cross functional team (UX, UI, Content, Research) and overhauling the information architecture, usability and user interface with a themeable design system for Keystone platform, which now has over $6 Billion AUM (assets under management).
