I lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams and clients to help shape future visions and innovative design solutions using emerging technologies, and grounded in human-centered research.
My role includes project structuring, design research and strategy, budget management, making ideas tangible through prototypes, digital product design, product concept testing and validation, collaborating closely with clients, storytelling and communication, building out early-stage product roadmaps, creating inclusive and collaborative environments for teams, growing capabilities and mentoring designers
Led multidisciplinary project teams and client collaborations: some of my work included AI-powered financial and trading platforms, interaction design and e-commerce product strategy for large tech companies, electric vehicle ecosystems, racial justice and social impact platforms, AI-driven future pharmacies, etc
Led interaction design and concept research across projects spanning social networking, medical diagnostic testing machines; uncovered new venture opportunities; created patented physical interaction patterns for interior display
Conceptualized and designed award-winning speculative design exhibitions, machine-learning based installations, emerging technology-based healthcare solutions. Created visual design systems and architecture for surgical collaboration software
Taught post-graduate courses on: Mobile UI/UX, Material design and introduction to prototyping, Information architecture
Led design at a startup focused on digital payments and mobile loyalty systems. Launched the iOS/Android app Pointshelf: enabling seamless digital payments and bill-splitting at bars and restaurants, making loyalty cards paperless, and bringing loyalty programs and new customers to small vendors, scaled from zero to 12000 users
