As a freelance Art Director I offer my design and illustration expertise to selected clients whose core values align with my design and life philosophy.
In recent times i've done freelance work for the brand marketing agencies like Brian Paul Nelson Studio, The Boring Content Agency; for non-profits like Replay Sports and Asociación CREAR and for consumer brands like Café Rica.

Art Director at Ingenuity
Atlanta

As the Art Director for the brand Ingenuity, I managed the seamless integration of a comprehensive rebrand across all marketing channels and brand touchpoints. This involved delivering weekly alignment presentations to company leadership and various teams, collaborating with freelance designers to ensure consistency, and coordinating production efforts with external vendors. Additionally, I developed comprehensive brand guidelines to maintain uniformity and clarity. Moreover, I spearheaded the creation of the visual identity for Ity, a subsidiary of Ingenuity. This included designing and directing all visual brand elements, ensuring a unique identity for Ity while maintaining alignment with the parent brand's overall aesthetic and values.

As a brand designer at Kids2, I worked on diverse projects for brands like Baby Einstein, Ingenuity, and Bright Starts, covering consumer-facing and internal initiatives.

Consumer-facing work included designing sales catalogs, packaging, retail experiences, and tradeshow materials to engage our target audience.

Internally, I created event materials, decorative murals for offices, and effective presentations for key messages.

I used my design skills to enhance brand presence and build connections with consumers and internal stakeholders.

Paris

In the immersive 24-week course, I learned the fundamentals of user-centered design, including user research, rapid prototyping, user testing, and iterations, as well as idea validation. I also developed skills in creating prototypes using HTML and CSS. The course concluded with a successful final project, where I brought a new product idea to life, from validation to launch.

The LABASAD master's program in Art Direction helped me acquire an in-depth understanding of art direction in advertising and media communication. I honed my skills in conceptualizing and developing creative ideas for advertising campaigns across various platforms. My studies included a focus on visual communication, encompassing typography, layout, and color theory. I gained proficiency in industry-standard software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite. Additionally, I learned project management techniques to meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations. Throughout my program, I also developed the ability to create and deliver professional proposals to clients and stakeholders.

At the University of North Georgia's Department of Visual Arts, I learned the fundamentals of fields such as advertising, illustration, web design, motion graphics, package design, publication design, and digital photography. I gained hands-on experience through advanced studio art classes and learned the fundamentals of design through art history.
