Played a key role in developing the BetterClaims initiative, a digital transformation project that centralised servicing and policy management. This innovation enhanced customer experience and efficiency, leading to recognition at the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards.
Was instrumental in designing and developing the award-winning mobile app, enhancing user experience and driving customer satisfaction. The Insurance Asia Awards recognises outstanding insurance industry initiatives, and we were honoured to be selected from over 130 companies across 30 countries.

• Spearhead Singlife Design System evolution for seamless user experience across web and app products.
• Create claim insurance experience in native application for retail, MINDEF/MHA and Employee Benefit users.
• Design and launch revamped quote and buy journey for home insurance.
• Enhance existing native application journeys and experiences.
• Collaborate with project owners, UX writer, UX researchers, front-end developers and QA testers to ensure successful product releases.
• Achieve Mobile App of the Year in 2022
Under Aviva Asia before the merger with Singlife.
• Designed and launched quote and buy journeys for insurance products (life, disability, home), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products for advisers of different distribution channels.
• Conducted usability testing and workshop to identify areas of improvement and provide UX recommendations.
• Collaborated with project managers, business analysts, front-end developers and QA testers to ensure successful product releases.
• Created brand guideline for Blue Insurance Hong Kong.
• Undertook design updates for the entity’s brand revamp.
Interned under the same UX/UI team in 2016 (May - Jul).
• Translated stakeholder objectives, business requirements, and digital strategy into conceptual and visual solutions.
• Designed and executed digital content such as carousel visuals, digital banners, and electronic direct mail for campaigns.

• Designed and developed Small Leather Goods (SLG) seasonal collections for 600 Charles & Keith stores and online.
• Collaborated with the technical development team to ensure the product is cost viable and mass-producible with factories.
• Conducted product sample quality checks during pre and post-production stages to ensure consistency from design to delivery.
• Gathered product feedback from international buyers through seasonal product launches.
