I am a Tech Recruiter with background in PR.

I have an immense passion for studying and understanding other cultures & communities. This, alongside my degree in Humanities & Liberal Arts has brought me to my recruitment career in which I most enjoy communicating with people and bringing them closer to their next big career opportunity.

Fun fact about me: I am a World Champion in Solo Latin dance styles.

We are Plotify: a scaling PropTech / FinTech startup established in 2018, backed by a number of VC funds.

Plotify is on a mission to transform the way people invest in global residential real estate by providing investment into tenanted, fully-managed residential real estate in minutes.

We take a residential property with a cash-generative track record, build in all the services required to manage a property, and wrap it into a company that can be bought and sold entirely online. We call it a ‘Plot’.

Our team has 150+ years of combined experience in building start-ups, technology, finance, marketplaces, exchanges, and property investing and is channeling this experience into revolutionizing the sector to give our customers an easier way to invest in the global property market.

As an assigned Lead Recruiter on the project I am:

We are Crave Tech! Powering New Possibilities with Multi-Brand Restaurant Tech. We develop systems that control the entire lifecycle of your order, from your first “in-app tap”, through the cooking and packing process, all the way to the delivery.

When the pandemic hit, we were ready to jump into the $25 billion business. Now the take-out and delivery business is expected to grow even more, to $55 billion this year.

Last year we have proven our concept catering more than 100.000 orders in Boise, ID and now we’re ready to scale. Our aim is to offer our software to single-location restaurateurs as well as to enterprise-level restaurants across the globe.

My contributions to the project as an assigned Lead Recruiter:

• I have successfully set up the whole recruitment campaign from scratch (from job ads to HR marketing materials); created job descriptions alongside Hiring Managers and documented all processes
• Since February 2022, recruited 4 Senior Engineers & a Product Owner
• Working alongside 2 Junior Talent Sourcers

With our patent-pending technology, we have built a safer and more compliant way to perform social media background checks to protect the privacy and rights of employees and employers.

As a Lead Recruiter assigned on the project I:

• Recruited a permanent Tech Lead and a Product Manager
• Worked on this project by myself / without any additional Talent Sourcer support

I was named the "Legend of the week" after only 6 months as a Junior Recruiter in the company. Received a recognition by the CEO for fully owning the recruitment process for the Talent Sourcer position into my team as well as 4 additional positions for one of our client startups.

Projects

2021

Worked on an external promo campaign of MSD's ETR Program alongside my Manager and a Senior colleague. I personally came up with a video concept and corrected copy texts for the website. Collaborated with internal Marketing team on delivering the updated website.

Writing

2021

Bachelor's thesis on two of my most passionate topics - gender socialization, and its intersection in the dancesport environment.

Thesis and its defense was awarded the highest grade possible - A.
