As part of the Continuous Improvement Team, I attended some
production efficiency projects, with missions in China for two weeks and in Egypt. My role encompassed the analysis of efficiency and production standards (O.E.E., capacity, and saturation). During this experience, I developed my master thesis on Lean management topics
I worked as an assistant for production planning
and for the weekly production scheduling. Other activities: validation of data for programming (cycle times and bill of materials), detection in the department of the causes of loss of efficiency and weekly verification of the progress production according to the order backlog.
I worked as a manufacturing engineer and I was responsible for the analysis of the production process for modelling the chocolate. Other activities: planning of production activity and coordination of procurement processes for semi-finished products, tank quality control and analysis of the production KPIs
