Position: Product Manager of Clients and Providers
Led the startup in building products focused on connecting families with children with behavioral disorders, with providers, schools, and insurance companies. Below I've highlighted two major projects I worked on.
Brand and Website Revamp
When I joined Tilly Therapy, it was working to consolidate and expand into the various brands from different states and services into one parent company. I took over the project in ensuring that the previous branding and clientele would understand who folks would be communicating with, while also keeping the same enjoyment and appreciation of the older brand.
I led the communication and effort to rename the company to Tilly, while also deciding the type of branding and design the company would uphold moving forward. I also ensured that all relevant stakeholders knew that while we had marketing changes, the standard and promise the company would have for its families continued to be the number one priority.
Scheduling and Onboarding
To better connect therapy providers and schools with families, I created the onboarding and scheduling system. Simple in theory, the project required clear delineation of details and an easy customer experience to ensure everyone knew what was required from the type of insurance available to when to assign kids to certain providers at specific times of day and locations.
I collaborated with our engineers and designers to ensure that all required information for necessary parties was available, while also upholding privacy and clarity. I also held many user session conversations with our clients and businesses to receive their feedback on what they needed and designs.
I delivered a successful pilot and rollout of the onboarding process for our clients and businesses, while also ensuring that scheduling was built into the messaging and overview screens on the mobile and web apps.
