At Vault, I was the sole designer. I worked on setting up a more cohesive design system, improving top funnel CVR, and even dipped my toes into Brand and marketing design.
I've included some of the design files that highlight the work I'm most proud of from my time at Vault.
VDS — Vault Design System
I worked closely with our engineering team to build out reusable components for our team to use in our customer portal and in our internal medical portals and tools.
CCP — Customer Case Portal
I'm not sure why we called it this, but it was really just a survey for customers to figure out what Vault might be able to help them with and book a tele-health appointment. I worked on a number of different experiments for this one. After my first month, my work had led to a +30% completion rate for the survey. And our close rate for customers buying treatment was 50%.
Covid-19 — At-home Testing and Results
When COVID hit, we quickly built out an at-home alternative to nasal swabs. Customers could test for covid from the safety of their home using a saliva test and send their samples to our labs via expedited mail. As we built our the product, we partnered with companies like AstraZeneca and Ford. The tools we built eventually became the core business.
Brand and Marketing
I also worked on advertisements, stadium screen assets for Madison Square Garden, and packaging for our kits.




I pitched these ad ideas for social media. Unfortunately, Facebooks algorithm doesn't even like naked statues and fine art... so we never ran them.
