  • Led the creation and design of numerous product launches, including car-sharing services like TURO and UBER, as well as telematics-based insurance, MyDrive. Exceeded the launch target for MyDrive, achieving 34% adoption among existing customers in the first year, surpassing the 25% goal.

  • Served as the lead designer for the annual tradeshow booth, which required strategic theme development and accompanying materials. This event, the largest convention in Canada, attracts over 1,200 brokerages, making our booth’s presence and design crucial for promoting and educating brokers on new products.

  • Rebranded the HR monthly newsletter, transitioning it from print to digital format, which significantly increased reach and received positive engagement feedback. The digital format now allows HR to track data and refine future communications.

  • Updated and communicated company brand guidelines, presenting the updates during monthly calls to the larger team and other departments, ensuring consistency and adherence across the organization.

  • Collaborated closely with communications specialists and senior executives to design materials for company townhalls, including backdrops, digital invitations, and promotional communications, enhancing event engagement and visibility.
