Designing complex litigation workflows
Worked closely with technical and product cofounders on an NLP tool for law firms and Stanford U. (Freelance)
Lead design for the direct ordering product and worked on restaurant/B2B products, including the restaurant dashboard and menu editor. Shipped various responsive web features to gather qualitative data and improve conversion rates.
Designed B2B and B2C experiences for various clients, including Amazon, Food Innovation Network, and Boeing.
↳ At Los Angeles Times, I led the UX/UI/product strategy for a team consisting of data scientists and engineers to design and implement an experimental service journalist platform that would help L.A. Times become a more competitive, digital, and user-focused company.
↳ I conducted user interviews, designed interfaces, conducted usability tests, and continuously iterated the design until its rollout.
↳ I also worked on a platform that utilizes machine learning and Natural Language Processing to simplify workflows for investigative journalists.
Conducted user research and presented UX/UI solutions to the executive team.
↳ Designed and animated futuristic surgical concepts to convey J&J’s long-term strategy to executives.
