Boucheron is one of the greatest French High Jewelry Houses.
By redesigning its website, the House wanted to turn it into an eShop and offer its customers the opportunity to purchase its exceptional pieces online.
The challenge was to offer a shopping experience that matched the in-store experience. To understand the usages that this implied, we carried out an ethnographic work.
The experience has been designed as a window on the 26 Vendôme boutique. Customer support services are offered as a common thread throughout the experience.
